Our Help Desk is one of our strongest services at PGH Networks. During regular business hours (8AM-5PM), we live answer all Help Desk calls. After hours, you are directed to a US Based Operator, who then connects you directly with one of our engineers. At PGH Networks, we pride ourselves on our expert communication process and effective process of information extraction, and assessment of needs.
We offer three different MSP Packages: Standard, Advanced, and Elite. Our Standard Package includes Anti-Virus, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), Cloud Security, and Screen Connect Services. Unlike the other packages, the Standard package requires the purchase of blocks of hours for remote and on-site support.
Our Advanced Package includes everything in the standard package, plus backups and unlimited remote support.
Our Elite Package includes everything in the Advanced package, plus unlimited on-site support, and proactive care visits. This package also has the optional service of 24×7 support. For on-site support, we service customers located anywhere within a 100 mile radius of both of our locations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Hagerstown, Maryland.
