Name of Business;
Primary Contact Name;
Primary Contact Email Address;
Primary Contact Phone Number;
General Location of Business (city and state);
Type of Business (medical, financial, legal, etc.); and,
Approximate size of Business (1 – 20 users; 20 – 50 users; 50+ users).
The provided information will be stored in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, to which only employees of PGH Networks have access. The information will be stored indefinitely, but will be deleted upon request. If the provided lead does not want to continue to be contacted at the present time, but wants their information saved for a potential future conversation, the provided information will be stored as “inactive”, letting employees of PGH Networks know to not continue to contact the lead.
The information provided will not be sold nor provided to any third parties for any reason, including marketing and advertisements, without the express written consent of the verified primary contact of the business.
If you submit the form via a mobile device, we will not be collecting any additional information, such as location or contacts. Further, we do not use any tracking or analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
