A LETTER FROM LEADERSHIP

2021 has been another interesting year for businesses of all different shapes and sizes. Many businesses that we’ve worked with for many years have recently had to review their technology strategies to support some of the requirements the COVID Pandemic has brought to light. In addition, the level of cyber security requirements for most or all businesses has increased drastically over the last two years.

These systematic changes have not only required other businesses to review but have also required PGH Networks to review our offerings, recommendations, solutions, and people to ensure that we are providing our clients with what may be the most important thing we can, peace of mind, during these uncertain times.

We want to thank all of our clients for working with us during these challenging times. In addition, we would also like to thank our employees for taking on these additional challenges in stride. We are excited for what’s to come in 2022, and we are preparing for a great year!

We made many great memories in Q4, but one of our favorites has to be our annual Halloween party! Everyone made it a great day by showing up in awesome costumes and getting into character. While all of the costumes were fantastic in their own way, there could only be one winner…

Throughout the second half of 2021, we had the opportunity to host several webinars where we connected with other tech professionals about specific services and topics that were hot in the IT world.

I usually don’t write reviews but truthfully the best business decision I’ve made was enlisting the expertise of PGH Networks. We started with them upgrading our phone system in my optometric office making my staff very happy and more efficient. PGH Networks upgraded our server and they are gradually replacing old computers to be more secure and HIPAA compliant. I have found every employee from sales staff to technicians to be very polite, honest and knowledgeable. They are “tech geeks” who realize they work to help ensure their client’s livelihood. The PGH Networks team, on numerous occasions in the past two years have quickly and efficiently intervened when we’ve had difficulties with our wireless internet connections, and networking our diagnostic instruments. They have saved my office from many days of what would have been lost revenues and disgruntled patients. Thank you Derrick, Mike, Dillon, Jeremy, Gabby, Tony and everybody at PGH Networks for helping me succeed, and for relieving this Boomer’s anxiety about keeping up with technology.
