PGH Networks, LLC ("PGH Networks," "we," "us") is a managed IT services provider located at 400 Holiday Drive, Suite 220, Pittsburgh, PA 15220. This policy explains what information we collect through pghnetworks.com and its related services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve written it in plain English on purpose.

Information you give us

Sales and contact forms. When you use our contact form, "Get Started," or "Book a Call," we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and a description of what you need — often including your company name, industry, and approximate size. Submissions are delivered to our sales team by email and may be recorded in the business systems we use to manage client relationships. We use this information to respond to you and, if you become a client, to serve you.

Job applications. When you apply through our careers page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the position you’re applying for, any comments you include, and your résumé. Applications go to our hiring team and are used only for recruiting. We retain application materials for up to one year so we can consider you for future openings, and we’ll delete them sooner if you ask.

AI assistant inquiries. We operate a service endpoint that lets AI assistants submit consultation requests on behalf of real people (for example, if you ask your AI assistant to contact us). These requests contain the same kind of information as our contact form, are stored in a secured database to prevent duplicates and abuse, and are delivered to our sales team by email.

Chat. The chat bubble on our site is provided by Thread (getthread.com). Conversations you have there are processed by Thread on our behalf so our service team can respond.

Information collected automatically

Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Apollo.io website tracking. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to help us understand how visitors use the site, measure our advertising, and identify companies that may be researching our services. They receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser information, and the pages you visit.

Security. Our site and forms sit behind edge security services (Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare) that process IP addresses and browser signals to block bots, abuse, and attacks — including the verification check on our job application form. Security logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, consider job applicants, measure and improve our marketing, and keep the site and our systems secure. If you’ve contacted us about services, we may follow up by email or phone; you can tell us to stop at any time, and any marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

How we share information

We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with:

• Service providers that operate parts of our website and business on our behalf — such as Microsoft (hosting and email delivery), Cloudflare (security), Thread (chat), and the analytics and advertising platforms listed above — under terms that limit their use of it;
• Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.

If you ask us not to contact you but want to stay in our records for a future conversation, we’ll mark your information inactive rather than deleting it.

Retention and your choices

We keep sales inquiries until you ask us to remove them; job application materials up to one year; and security and analytics data on the schedules set by the tools above. You can ask us at any time to see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it — call 724.888.7007 or use the contact form, and we’ll act on verified requests promptly. You can also limit tracking with your browser’s cookie controls or extensions.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
